a) This document is an electronic record in terms of data Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and therefore the amended provisions concerning electronic records in various statutes as amended by the knowledge Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computing system and doesn't require any physical or digital signatures.

b) This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the knowledge Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that need publishing the principles and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of www.meteryard.com .

c) The name www.meteryard.com ("Website"), is owned and operated by F.O.B.E. ("Company") a private Company limited by shares, incorporated under the provisions of the businesses Act, 2013, and having its registered place at P-104, Ganpati Classique, UPSIIDC Road, Sikandra, Agra (Uttar Pradesh) - 282007 where such expression shall, unless repugnant to the context thereof, be deemed to incorporate its respective representatives, administrators, employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns.

d) For the aim of those Terms of Use ("Terms"), wherever the context so requires,

i) The term 'You' & 'User' shall mean any legal person or entity accessing or using the services provided on this Website, who is competent to enter into binding contracts, as per the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872;

ii) The terms 'We', 'Us' & 'Our' shall mean the web site and/or the corporate, because the context so requires .

iii) The terms 'Party' & 'Parties' shall respectively be wont to ask the User and therefore the Company individually and collectively, because the context so requires.

e) The headings of every section in these Terms are just for the aim of organizing the varied provisions under these Terms in an orderly manner, and shall not be employed by either Party to interpret the provisions contained herein in any manner. Further, it's specifically agreed to by the Parties that the headings shall haven't any legal or contractual value.

b) The Transaction between the Parties, if any, concludes to the satisfaction of both Parties;

Whichever is longer. The Parties agree that certain portions of those Terms ("Sections"), like Sections 12, 13, 14, & 16, shall still remain fully force and effect indefinitely, even after the expiry or termination of those Terms as contemplated herein.

4. TERMINATION

The Company reserves the proper, in its sole discretion, to unilaterally terminate the User's access to the products and services offered on the web site, or any portion thereof, at any time, all of sudden or cause. The User shall still be bound by these Terms, and it's expressly agreed to by the Parties that the User shall not have the proper to terminate these Terms till the expiry of an equivalent, as described in Clause 3 hereinabove.

5. ONLINE SERVICE PLATFORM

The Website is a web service platform that provides advises and proposals regarding land properties across the world.

6. COMMUNICATION

By using this Website, and providing his/her contact information to the corporate through the web site, the User hereby agrees and consents to receiving calls, autodialed and/or pre-recorded message calls, e-mails and SMSs from the corporate and/or any of its affiliates or partners at any time, subject to the Policy. within the event that the User wishes to prevent receiving any such marketing or promotional calls / email messages / text messages, the User may send an e-mail to the effect to [ ] with the topic [ ]. The User agrees and acknowledges that it's going to take up to seven (7) business days for the corporate to offer effect to such an invitation by the User.

The User expressly agrees that notwithstanding anything contained herein above, he/she could also be contacted by the corporate or any of its affiliates / partners concerning any service availed of by the User on the web site or anything pursuant thereto.

It is expressly agreed to by the Parties that any information shared by the User with the corporate shall be governed by the Policy.

7. CHARGES

The use of this Website by the User, like browsing the web site is freed from cost. The User is merely required to buy the services availed by the User of the web site. However, the corporate reserves the proper to amend this no-fee policy and charge the User for any or all services offered / rendered. In such an occasion, the User are going to be intimated of an equivalent when he/she attempts to access the web site, and therefore the User shall have the choice of declining to avail of the services offered on the web site. Any such change, if made, shall inherit effect immediately upon such change being notified to the User, unless specified otherwise.

8. MODE OF PAYMENT

The following payment options are available on the Website:

As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa / Master Card / Amex, the User will required to submit his/her 16-digit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (usually on the reverse of the card) while making a web transaction. The User must even have enrolled his/her card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) so as to finish the transaction. The User is hereby expressly made aware that his/her card statements will reflect that a payment has been made in favour of. Third party payment gateways won't be used for any services in our site for the time-being. to put a legitimate order on the web site, the User is required to finish the transaction, including making payment for the merchandise / services opted for. this might or might not be assisted with a call from a customer service representative. By placing an order on the location or over the phone, the User expressly agrees to the terms and conditions and payment policy published within the appropriate section of the web site, or affiliated websites where regard to such affiliated websites has been specifically made.

After the user makes his request for the service the user are going to be asked for his contact information and payment related information. Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, the user's order are going to be processed on receipt of the funds from the user's bank or mastercard company. it's at this stage that the user's order is successfully placed. Thereafter necessary steps are going to be taken to execute the order.

9. SECURITY

10. USER OBLIGATIONS

The User agrees and acknowledges that he/she may be a restricted user of this Website, which he/she:

The User acknowledges and agrees that by accessing or using the web site or any of the services provided therein, he/she could also be exposed to content that he/she may consider offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. the corporate disclaims any and every one liabilities arising in reference to such offensive content on the web site. The User expressly agrees and acknowledges that the products / services displayed on the web site aren't owned by the Company/Website, which an equivalent are the exclusive property of certain third parties who have chosen to plug their products through the Company's Website, which the Company/Website is in no way liable for the content of an equivalent. The User may however report any such offensive or objectionable content, which the corporate may then remove from the web site, at its sole discretion.

v. Post any image/file/data that infringes the copyright, patent or trademark of another person or legal entity;

vi. Upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or the other similar software or programs which will damage the operation of the web site;

vii. Download any file posted/uploaded by another user of the web site that the User is aware, or should reasonably remember, can't be legally distributed in such a manner;

viii. Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the web site or any network connected to the web site, nor breach the safety or authentication measures on the web site or any network connected to the web site. The User might not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information concerning the other user of, or visitor to, the Website, or the other customer of the web site, including any user account maintained on the web site not operated/managed by the User, or exploit the web site or information made available or offered by or through the web site, in any manner;

ix. Disrupt or interfere with the safety of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Website, systems resources, accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through the Websites or any affiliated or linked websites;

x. Collect or store data about other users of the web site.

xi. Use the web site or any material or content therein for any purpose that's unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or to solicit the performance of any criminality or other activity which infringes the rights of this Website or the other third party(ies);

xii. Violate any code of conduct or guideline which can be applicable for or to any particular product or service offered on the Website;

xiii. Violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations currently effective within or outside India;

xv. Threaten the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or cause incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence, or prevent the investigation of any offence, or insult the other nation.
